The Hurricane 5F was specially developed for technical assistance. It offers the best protection against moisture, wind and mechanical hazards such as cuts, punctures or abrasions. The anatomical, fire-resistant knuckle protector provides absolute impact and shock protection. It also protects the back of the hand from the effects of heat and injuries. The antistatic upper material is flame retardant and protects against short-term exposure to flames (burning performance level 4 certified according to EN 407), flying sparks and small splashes of molten metal (performance level 2 certified according to EN 407). The AraTec material developed by ESKA with PU coating in the palm offers maximum cut and abrasion protection against sharp objects, sharp edges and splinters. It offers excellent grip safety and also ensures the durability of the Hurricane 5F. In addition, the glove is certified according to EN 407 contact heat (performance level 1). Thanks to the integrated GORE-TEX insert, the glove is permanently windproof and waterproof, while at the same time offering maximum breathability. The incorporation of the inner lining, the fixation of the insert and the connection with the outer shell are carried out according to the proven process patented by ESKA to prevent unwanted extraction of the lining. The anatomical cut of the glove is adapted to the natural posture of the hand to ensure an optimal fit. The silver reflective piping and the reflective logo provide better visibility. The elastic band at the wrist serves to protect against the penetration of glass splinters and dirt into the interior of the glove. The side eyelets and the included carabiner are used to attach the TH gloves to the tactical jacket.
